How do I track my parcel?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. You can track the delivery of your parcel by entering this number on the 'Track my parcel' page.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free standard delivery within the United Kingdom, with no minimum purchase required.
Is my information secure?
Our online store is protected by a green padlock, guaranteeing that the information you enter is encrypted before being sent to the server. Your data is completely secure and cannot be intercepted by third parties.
When will my order be shipped?
Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 days from Monday to Friday.
- Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM (GMT 00:00) Central European Time (London).
Transit Time
Delivery: The delivery time is 5 to 7 days from Monday to Friday.
I would like to return an item
All our products undergo rigorous quality control before shipment. However, if a manufacturing defect is found or if the product has been damaged during delivery, please contact us and we will send you a new parcel.
For your return request to be accepted, the item must be in its original condition and you must keep the original packaging. If the product has been used, we reserve the right to refuse your request.
