Returns and Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at contact@bramelio.com. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please send the package via courier and provide us with the tracking number. Standard return address (if confirmed by Customer Service after receiving your proof of purchase)

When returning a package, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package is properly stamped and shipped using an appropriate delivery method. We cannot be held liable for lost or damaged packages during the return process. To ensure your return is processed smoothly and efficiently, we kindly ask that the return package is sent with a tracking service.

In the return process (if applicable), the Seller will return to the Consumer all payments received, excluding delivery costs, without delay and in any case no later than 14 working days from the day the Seller receives the returned package. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Payments you have made, excluding delivery costs as indicated in the terms and conditions, will be refunded without delay, no later than 14 working days from the day we receive your return package. The Seller will refund using the same payment methods used by the Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Consumer accepts a different solution. In any case, the Consumer will not incur any expenses related to this refund.

Consumer Complaint - Defective Product

In the event that the goods purchased from us are found to be defective, you have the right to file a complaint.

Regarding the defect, you can request:

  • Replacement of the item with a defect-free one
  • Removal of the defect
  • Price reduction

You can report a complaint within one year of discovering the defect, but the deadline for filing the complaint cannot expire before the end of the product's warranty period.

Your complaint will be examined (responded to) within 30 days from the date we receive your complaint notification.
